Even if there is a lot of e-learning happening data shows the blended learning is the future. Metamorphosis is working from lat 10 years to make it possible.
Today’s generation has a wide variety of career options that were not available
in the early times. As exciting as it sounds when it comes to choosing a career
pathway, it can become stressful. No one wants to end up in a low-paying,
dead-end job. Early planning is necessary to ensure a bright future. Although it
will take time to choose the right path, it will be worth it in the long run. After
selecting a particular career, a student’s responsibility is to work towards it.
Just choosing a career and sitting back relaxed thinking your job is done is a
very wrong step and can ruin everything.
When you choose a career it is your responsibility to mold and carve yourself
in every way possible to be perfect for that job. Children can’t do that by
themselves alone; parent’s support is crucial in this process. A parent’s
responsibility is to help their children explore what interests them the most.
When their children are sure about a particular career, they need to encourage
and motivate them time-to-time to be the best in what they are going to be.
Suppose you have decided that you want to become a doctor. Biology is
something that interests you, and you believe you can be the best in this
particular field. Now, you have to work hard to secure a seat in a well-known
medical college. For that, you have to decide what books you should refer to,
which coaching you should join, how much time you have to contribute to
studies every day etc.
Even after achieving a seat in a medical college, you have to study hard to
reach your goal of becoming a doctor.
This planning is vital as without proper planning there won’t be any meaning to
your ‘career’. Following the career plan will only lead to your successful career;
otherwise, you might end up having to compromise, doing some other course
as a substitute. This may or may not be suitable as it was not ‘planned’ before,
and you don’t know what can happen.
Thus, choosing the correct career is important, but being able to achieve a
career as planned is more important.
