A 20 Minute Guided Mindfulness exercise, designed to help calm a busy mind at the end of the day. It is suggested that this exercise is done sitting upright or even in a seated meditation position, either way ensure your back is as straight as you can make it and your head finds its point of balance. The objective is to follow the guidance through the entire exercise. Then in time, you will be able to take the elements that you enjoy most and progress to guide yourself, through your own 20 minutes of practise. Please note however, that it is normal when you start these type of exercises that the mind wanders, so when you realise you are no longer paying attention to the exercise, calmly and gently bring yourself back to the recording and continue, this is an important part of developing your mental awareness and discipline, a valuable aspect of the journey to help you get the most out of mindfulness practise.
